A very good assessment of the nature of a typical inner London borough has been written by Graeme Archer, and is thoroughly recommended reading, right to the end.It's quite long, but the journey is well worth it, as are a number of the comments that follow.
Graeme's hard-hitting piece tells just one set of stories of how Britain has changed for the worse in many places, and provides some strong clues as to what lies behind this broken society that is now commonplace within our nation.
