Well, it's been happening again, to this chap (Julian Borthwick from London) today, and it was at a public venue (in Sunderland) so is possibly a case of assault by the "heavies"...
From a different angle, the handling of this fellow is even more obviously very heavy-handed and frankly nasty...
It could only be at a Labour or Lib Dem event (Gordon Brown in this case) as the other parties can and do respond to public interventions properly, but Labour refuse to do so. They lecture, they don't converse.
On the subject of the Lib Dems, they had their own somewhat similar event, except that it was outdoors...
